I have already made a booking for one of the resorts. If I sign up for your program, will that booking still count?

A: Simple answer-Yes – Any bookings made prior to joining still qualify for cash bonuses and points if they were made in the same calendar year.

Do I have to book direct?

A: No, You can claim Sunswept Specialist rewards whether making your bookings direct or whether you book with your favorite wholesaler. The choice is yours, the rewards are the same.

Do I have to join to download your brochures?

A: No – It is not mandatory to register in order to browse through our collateral. You are welcome to download the information and browse our media library for material to support your sales.

What kind of sales support can I get?

A: There are a number of options. This website contains brochures and training videos for starters. However if you are, for example planning a consumer event, give us a call and we’ll make sure you have the collateral you need. We also hold webinars and the dates and times for these are sent to you as a member. We also have business development managers in the United States who can offer support.

Can you help me with my e mail marketing?

A: Yes of course. Let us know and we’ll prepare an e mail for you that you can send to your database.
